Upcoming Events: Registration is open for the Buttonwillow Raceway Friday on March 11th, the Buttonwillow Raceway Friday on April 15th, and the Buttonwillow Raceway Friday on May 6th, each day a different configuration, of course. Registration is also open for our upcoming Cal Speedway eventS: A friday on the Roval, and a weekend on the infield course! Just click here, to signup!

2005 Schedule: The 2005 schedule is pretty much complete, and it can be viewed here.

Classing Changes: T classes have been expanded from 7 in 2004 to 9 in 2005 to better allow us to make fair distinctions on the faster end of the spectrum.

SpeedVentures 2004 Challenge Series Champions: We are proud to announce the 2004 SV Champions: T1 - John Morris; T2 - John Wurth; T3 - Rylan Hazelton; T4 - Brian Evans; T5 - Richard L.; T6 - Craig O.; and T7 - King . Track Records: Track Records are now up to date through 1-2005 for SOWS and Cal Speedway. All other tracks should be up to date by Monday 2-7-2005. Sorry folks, got a bit behind on the updates.

Latest SV Ladder News: In an incredible upset, RL has defeated Aaron Bitterman in RL's car at SOWS. RL now takes over Aaron's 3rd place ranking, with Aaron dropping a spot. A huge congradulations to RL for a great effort, and a big Poo-Poo to Aaron for being such a loser! ;-)

SV Challenge Ladder: We are very proud to announce the addition of a new element to SV events, The SV Challenge Ladder. Information and rules on the ladder are available here, while standings are available here. To kick the ladder off, we held the SV Radical Invitational Challenge (or, as I like to call it, The Wurth Beats Hayashi in the Same Car Extravaganza!), which is well documented, if highly biased, by the unflappable Mr. Hayashi. Results are now online (unballasted and unmodified).

SV's The Line: All SV drivers on the west coast should be receiving SV's new somewhat-monthly newsletter, The Line. However, if you missed it or aren't on our email list, you can check them out here.

Challenge Series: All Championship points are now up to date through the 8-2004 WSIR event.

Videos: A new hotlap video of Buttonwillow #25 CCW in the Ultima has been added. Click link at left for videos..

All Laptimes Online: We have added a feature to the events results page which will show you all your laptimes for the day. Simply click on your laptime on the event results page, and it will give you a complete list! Please note that the Session/Lap fields are imperfect, so please don't mail us asking why you have 2 lap 1's in session 2, etc. All the info we have is now online!

Car numbers: Those who don't yet have a car number can select them online. Just login to get yours!

Old News: In an effort to keep the home page from getting too huge, older news items have been moved to a new page for your viewing pleasure.
